   Plan the distribution

   Pick Essential, Amplify or Headline, target industries and regions, and schedule it, with an optional embargo for verified journalists. You see an honest range for journalist reach, never a list of names.

3. 03

   Pass editorial review

   An AI pre-screen flags issues in under a minute, then a human editor approves, requests changes or rejects. Review typically takes up to 4 business hours (2 on Headline), 7am–7pm Mountain Time on weekdays. Rejected releases get their credit back.

   Publish at the minute you chose

   Your release goes live on the Emerald Beacon News Wire Newsroom and your Brand Media Room, into RSS, the News sitemap and IndexNow, out to opted-in journalists and to the partner circuits in your package.

   See where it landed

   The Pickup & Impact Report tracks channel delivery, placements with their sources, reads and journalist opens for 30 days, plus a simulated AI visibility check on Amplify and Headline.
