Refund Policy
Rejected releases get their credit back automatically. Published releases are not refundable, except for partner circuits that weren't delivered.

1. Rejected or cancelled releases
If our editors reject your release, or you cancel before distribution starts, the reserved credit returns to your balance automatically.
2. Published releases
Once a release is published on Emerald Beacon News Wire it is not refundable. If a partner circuit included in your package could not deliver the release and we cannot resend it, we refund or credit the partner portion of that package.
We do not refund based on the amount of pickup, coverage, indexing or AI citations, because no one can honestly guarantee those.
3. Add-ons
Unused add-ons attached to a rejected or cancelled release are refunded.
Partner placements are refunded automatically to your original payment method when your release is rejected, withdrawn or cancelled before it goes out, or when the partner can't run the placement. Once a placement has run, it isn't refundable based on the amount of pickup or traffic it produces.
