What happens next

We review the notice within 48 hours.
If it's complete, we remove or disable the material and tell the issuer.
The issuer may send a counter-notice; we forward it to you.
Unless you tell us you've filed a court action, the material may be restored 10 to 14 business days after we forward the counter-notice.

Repeat infringers

If content from an organization is removed after three valid copyright notices in any 12-month period, we terminate that organization's account after a staff review confirms the notices. See Terms §9.
